What this website collects

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not store the details you enter in our booking form. When you press “Send request via WhatsApp”, your details are placed in a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent to us until you choose to send that message.

Our website host keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to keep the site secure and working. These logs are not used to identify you.

Information you give us

When you book or enquire by phone, WhatsApp or email, we may receive:

• your name and contact number or email address;
• pick-up and destination addresses, dates and times;
• flight numbers, the number of passengers and luggage details;
• any accessibility needs or child-seat requirements you choose to tell us about.

Please only share health or accessibility information that we need to arrange your journey safely.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, confirm your booking and provide a fare.
• To carry out your journey, including monitoring flights for airport pick-ups.
• To contact you about your booking, for example if a flight is delayed.
• To keep business and accounting records we are required to keep by law.

Our lawful bases are taking steps at your request before entering into a contract and performing that contract, complying with legal obligations, and — for accessibility information you volunteer — your explicit consent. We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Third-party services

If you contact us by WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (part of Meta) under their own privacy policy. Links to Google, Instagram and Facebook take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep booking information only for as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet legal and accounting requirements, and then delete it.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time.
