Mobility needs
Let us know if you use a wheelchair or walking frame, or need extra time getting in and out. We'll tell you honestly which of our vehicles is suitable before you book.
Child seats
Child seats are available on request. Please tell us your child's age and weight when you book so that we can arrange a suitable seat.
Assistance dogs
Assistance dogs are welcome. Please tell us when you book so we can make suitable arrangements.
Extra luggage and equipment
Tell us in advance if you are travelling with mobility aids, a folding wheelchair, a pushchair or extra luggage. We'll confirm which vehicle is suitable.
Communication
If you would rather not phone, you can contact us by WhatsApp message or email to arrange your journey.
Anything else
If there's something that would make your journey easier, just ask. We'll always be clear about what we can and can't arrange.

We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible. It includes features intended to support accessibility, including:

text and buttons with strong colour contrast;
full keyboard navigation, with a visible focus indicator and a “skip to content” link;
clear headings, labelled form fields and descriptive links;
text alternatives for meaningful images;
layouts that work when zoomed in or viewed on a phone;
reduced animation for anyone who has turned on “reduce motion” on their device.
